Introduction

The Sanlam Fixed Return Plan is a five-year, single-payment investment, underwritten by Sanlam Life Insurance Ltd, which provides a fixed rate of return over the five-year period.

Minimum contribution
R100,000 lump sum.
How long to invest for
A minimum of five years (the first five years are known as a ‘restricted period’).

You make a lump sum investment of at least R100,000.

The maturity amount is guaranteed by the issuer of the underlying assets.

The investment amount is exposed to the top five banks in South Africa.

Insights

Access to your money

During the five-year term, you may make a full withdrawal (subject to legislative restrictions), which will attract a termination fee. The total cash value of the policy will be the market value of the underlying assets at the time, less the termination fee.
